Shipping and Returns

• Processing: Orders are processed the next business day then shipped. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

 

• Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for all standard shipping orders within the United States. Express shipping is  1-2 business days within the United States . Shipping excludes holidays and weekends. Due to fast processing, please confirm your shipping address before placing the order. PINK MINK Collection cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost due to customer information error. There is currently no shipping insurance offered. For questions and concerns please email us and allow 48-72 hours for a response.

 

• Refunds: NO REFUNDS once order has been placed. If there is an issue on our end please contact us within 7 business days of the date the order was placed.

 

• Returns: NO RETURNS for any reason.  NO EXCHANGES for any reason.
